PROBLEM PARADOXES

Once upon a time there was an egg, I mean there is an egg, it hatches and transforms into a beautiful roaster. Humans too follow the same, no I don’t mean that humans turn into roasters but humans too grow, from being a baby to being a toddler, a kid, a boy or a girl to finally a man or a woman. The cycle changes the traits and the priorities. When being a child the priority is eating and frequent diapering, for toddler the priority is walking, for a kid the priority is making nuisances and for boy/girl the priority is career and studies. Finally for man and woman the priorities hover and changes into stress.The number of priorities increases to infinity .It may be job, settlement, finding spouse, engagement, marriage, home making, kids, kids studies, kid’s marriage, their settlement, retirement, pension issues, health issues and finally death. What I mean is that life revolves around a cycle and the cycle where most has to be done is the stage of being man and woman, rightly who have completed their studies and don’t know what to do with their life, a stage where everything seems weird and meaningless and where all others poke their noses in your life's. When you are boy or girl you are just asked about grades and studies but as soon as you leave this stage and enter man/woman phase the number of problems increases.

PROBLEM NO 1:

You have to search job as soon as possible otherwise your credibility gets doubted. JOB is divided into two phases, government and non government(business, corporate sector).If you are having government job then well done ,the problem no 1 wont hover on you but sure you will be scrutinized in problem no 2.For non government job people they will surely be questioned based on settlement and cash they make. Money and Job are two most important things that make up Problem No 1.

PROBLEM NO 2:

If you people have jobs then well done problem no 1 is solved. But the next problem will arise. That is your case will be considered for marriage. The no of suitors will depend on the number of middlemen your parents recruited for you and the efficiency of middlemen in pleading your case; so in terms of mathematics (as an engineer maths is must)

As soon as you enter this phase all around you will change. From being a person you will be transformed into being an entity. You will be CT scanned, if your limbs are working fine, if the hair follicles on your head are black or turned grey (determining your age), if your nose, eyes, ears are normal, or if the other side even turned more analyzers they will get your medical history ranging from your gastro, cardio, neuro, psycho history to your whiteness of teeth (well that matters, this will count to your hygiene).

After these physical properties are analyzed your chemical properties are checked. It means your reaction to various things, how well you behave, how well you talk to others , how your nature is, in which state you remain mostly , are you modern and want a modern suitor or are you Islamic and want Islamic spouse. In this age while guys are given respite girls are frequently taunted and trained by saying “pagah chui luk sund gar gasun”, “Hash tare fikreh yem nakhre che yeti chalan” and so on. Sometimes it feels like a girl gets trained for tough days and rigorous work load days to come. Left Right Left Right just like she has to join Army or she has to go to Tihar jail where she won’t get the liberty.

PROBLEM NO 3:

As soon as you get your Problem no 2 solved the next problem then comes about is compatibility and engagement / marriage process. Soon your spouse gets decided the next issue that comes is compatibility, if you are having arranged marriage then you have to work on this issue more. Then comes the process of engagement / marriage, and whole lot of world now revolves around sun I mean shopping. From ranging to toothbrush, hair comb, dresses, shoes, to gold and to gadgets and what not, your whole lot of money gets spend inefficiently in getting things that are just meant for one day or your life in future. Even the nail cutter and scissors are bought new. It feels like there is a world war to take place and your all previous items will get destroyed and you will be landed in an unknown place where the nail cutter and scissor will help you in surviving.

PROBLEM NO 4:

As soon as you end up shopping and getting engaged and finally married, you will get respite for only some time. For guys the main problem arises now, he has now to balance between his wife and mother. It implies to if wife is right and mother is wrong he has to favour mother and if mother is wrong and wife is right he has to favour mother or if wife is wrong and mother is right he has to favour wife and if wife is right and mother is wrong he has to favour his wife.

For a girl she has to go in a new surrounding and all she has to face mother in law, brother in law,sister in law, father in law,maasi in law,maasu in law,maami in law,maamu in law,chachi in law,chachu in law,phuphi in law,phupha ji in law,children in law and all new laws get reinforced.

The problems don’t end but what ends is our life in overcoming these problems.We have to live but we don’t live but only worry about the problems.Problems will be attached to us no matter what but we must remember that what is eternal is our approach that problems will remain there and we are only here for one cause : to live for Allah, to pray for Him and to live as our deen states.May Allah give us hidayah and sabar to overcome these problems.
